At Heavy Bag Heroes, every piece is made to order. Because of this, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. To help you get the right fit, we’ve included sizing notes on each product page (e.g., “True to size” or “Go up one size for an oversized look”).

We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If that happens, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get you taken care of.
